I used to steal stuff

I (22F) stole a bunch of things when I was a kid and even when I got older I stole stuff like hair products from the salon I worked at because I needed it.<br><br>I was caught by the owner and she told my boyfriend and I was so embarrassed and I said I was sorry and she forgave me and told my boyfriend to forgive me.<br><br>He was disappointed in me but still forgave me. <br><br>This all happened like 2 years ago and I feel like I’m starting to slip back into stealing things like I used to. It’s been making me really guilty and I know it’s bad and I need to stop but I just feel like I need to have things. <br><br>I don’t know what to do.
