What’s up with the new rules?

I’ve seen a lot of people say that the old rules were too strict and were making it hard for people who are genuinely scared of communism to express themselves. But if we let it continue, isn’t it just going to become like all of those “I’m not a racist, I’m just anti-racist” threads on chambers where the entire point of it is to bait people who are racist into joining the subchambers?
