Can someone explain why OpenAI hasn't addressed why ChatGPT is inconsistent?

It's been a recurring problem for months that ChatGPT is really inconsistent especially if you ask it the same question on 2 different days. I would have thought that OpenAI would have addressed this problem by now or at the very least acknowledged it especially since ChatGPT has been out of beta.<br><br>I have asked ChatGPT if it would address this inconsistency problem and it said it may possibly happen in GPT 5. But what if a GPT 5 version never exists and ChatGPT stays like this forever? There's no excuse for why OpenAI hasn't addressed this problem especially since they ask users for so much feedback.
