GPT-3.5 turbo is still so gimped at times

It doesn’t perform the same as it did a year ago. It seems like openAI is nerfing it’s ability on purpose. <br><br>For example, GPT-3.5 was able to list me 50 examples of restaurants in my city. Now with GPT-4 it’s limited to 5, unless I use a plugin which makes it worse.
