Anyone else finding that OpenAI is just a waste of time and resources now?

I just got a response from OpenAI support saying they basically did a factory setting reset on my account (something which they said I could also do) and lost my entire chat history. Now I’m forced to rewrite the same prompt for the third time. <br><br>I’m on the paid version - is it just me, or is the paid version just a waste of money?
