Dim memory of bad anime?

So I'm going to put some random words I remember from the anime and I was wondering if you could tell me if you know what anime it is or if not if you can help me get to a solution. <br><br><br>The anime was in like 2003-2005 ish or maybe older I would say anything past 2007 would be too modern so I'm leaning towards late 90s early 2000s <br><br>Memories that I remember (you can use only one of them if you want): <br><br><br>1. A blonde boy that said I don't like fighting but if I fight I must win. I'm not sure if it was the exact wording <br><br><br>2. A red head that wore a blue dress and killed a King (he was fat). She didn't kill him with a sword, more like shot him with some sort of gun<br><br><br>3. I think the anime was set on a completely different planet like another solar system <br><br><br>Any help would be greatly appreciated.
