I had just woken up from a nap, and I felt like shit. I don’t know if it was the nap or the heat, but my mental health was bad. I remembered this tip that someone told me, and I remembered that I did, in fact, survive the last time I felt this way. So, I got up, turned on the fan, and got some fresh air, and I’m still here. <br>Edit: thanks for the awards, this means lots to me, as this is my first post ever to get any. Also, please go get professional help, and reach out to a trusted friend or family member if you need help.
