The most realistic part of The Last of Us Part ii is when Abby is talking about how she imagines herself as the hero of the story, and everyone around her are the baddies. I feel like that’s how people cope with being abusive in real life

Like most people I have a problem with how the story of that game was structured, and the story even in general. But the character Abby who is the main antagonist in the story says how she pictures herself as a hero in the story, and everyone around her is the baddies. I know that’s how people in real life cope with abusive behavior, whether it’s emotional, psychological or physical abuse. I just thought that was a very self aware thing to do.
