I live in an extremely humid climate. The heat and humidity here are almost unbearable. I've used a dehumidifier to remove moisture from the air in order to breathe comfortably.

I just realized that the dehumidifier is sucking the moisture out of the air, which can cause water shortages and droughts. It's like the ultimate oxymoron - using an appliance to make it hotter and drier by sucking out all the moisture from the air. It's morally wrong to use a dehumidifier because it can lead to droughts and water shortages.

This is an argument against the use of dehumidifiers, which is why I've come to the conclusion that they're morally wrong.
