Can someone explain to me the point of the people who go around screaming that "6 million jews were murdered at Auschwitz" and that anyone who denies it is a complete idiot and anti semetic?

I don't get the point of this meme, why do people need to talk about this over and over and over again, I don't get the point of this, in my mind people just want to talk about this to fuel the hate for the germans (who are very nice people) and scare off people from questioning anything regarding this. EDIT: It seems I wasn't clear about what I was talking about, I am not debating the validity of the holocaust nor I am saying that the germans didn't murder 6 million jews. What I am talking about is the people going around saying that anyone who questions anything regarding this topic is automatically a "anti semetic" or that anyone who questions whether 6 million jews were murdered is an idiot with 0 critical thinking (I personally believe 6 million were murdered, however I see nothing wrong for people to question this or anything regarding this topic) I just don't get the point of this meme, why people need to go around yelling at people to not question this, why people talk over and over and over again about this topic when there is way more important topics to talk about then weather or not 6 million jews were murdered. I am getting a lot of comments saying that "its important for the education", but why don't they talk about the Holodomor then? or any of the people who were murdered by the US. What I meant with "the hate for the germans" is the fact that a lot of people seem to be pushing the hate towards the germans, it's not uncommon to see people saying "goddam germans will always be nazis" and things to this effect, I don't see the point of this, just because a lot of germans were nazis and nazism was born in germany doesn't mean that all germans are nazis, I see no point in fueling this hate. Sorry if I wasn't clear enough. EDIT 2: I am not American, I live in Argentina, and there's a lot of people who deny this happened, but there's also a lot of people saying that anyone who is questioning this are idiots, I am not American, I don't give a rats ass about Trump, I also see no point in saying he "fueled the anti semitism" What I meant with people having 0 critical thinking was people who just believe whatever they are told and don't question it, not the people who question wether or not it happened. I don't talk about the Holodomor or any other genocide because I am Argentinian and pretty much 99% of the people here don't know about anything that doesn't happen to Argentina, so my point was that people don't talk about this here and it's even more stupid that they need to talk about this over and over and over again when there's better topics to talk about. I did not say that the US or the UK didn't murder people, I am not stupid enough to think they didn't, but here nobody talks about people having been murdered by the US or UK and the fact that people don't stop talking about the US/UK and if they do, they talk shit about the US/UK. The germans don't talk shit about the US/UK when they talk about "6 million jews were murdered", they don't talk shit about the US/UK, they don't talk shit about the UK/US or anyone else who did something similiar, they talk shit about the germans. "Actual Nazis" When I said "actual nazis", I was talking about the people who committed the genocide, I don't have any problem with people calling out on modern day nazis, modern day nazis are scumbags who should be called out.
