You heard it here first.

American big tech companies are trying to break up Facebook because they don't want to lose control over your browsing data. The government wants to spy on you.

In this case, American big tech is Google. Google needs Facebook to use its algorithm in order to collect your data on what you're looking for online. After all, Google can't track you if you're spending most of your time on Facebook.

By having its own algorithm, Facebook is breaking the big tech stranglehold. They want to break Facebook up into smaller companies (which they will then purchase and take control of).

The FTC is lying. They're claiming Facebook is a monopoly, but they're not. Facebook has competition with Twitter and Reddit. Every company needs to have its own in-house algorithm if they want to thrive. The FTC is simply trying to break up Facebook to take away control from Zuckerberg.

The government wants to censor / spy on you. They want to know what you're searching for. They want to silence you if you say anything about freedom.
