Why do people say communism failed in China?

First of all, the CCP has never claimed China to be a communist nation. They have claimed China is a socialist nation. <br><br>The Chinese communist party considers themselves to be communists but they have stated that China is still in the socialist stage. They believe that China will eventually reach the communist stage. <br><br>We don't know if China will ever reach the communist stage. But communists and socialist are fine with that. We are not in a crisis to reach communism. We can reach it any time.
