Lessons learned and Earning Platform

This platform is for anyone, who is willing to learn and share their knowledge with others. Platform would be like Upwork, except that you don’t have to pay anything to work. <br><br>Once you want to earn some money for a task (e.g. cooking, painting, woodcutting, graphic design, etc.), you would create an advertisement for yourself with a rate per hour you would work. <br><br>Then once you want to learn some new skills, you would have to earn that knowledge. E.g. if you want to learn to do something for a project, you can give a project to someone and pay them for the time they spend on the project. The platform would be safe and you would have to pay as soon as you accept the project and then you would get a refund for every hour you haven’t spent working on the project.<br><br>For example, let’s say you need to paint your place. You would post your project on the platform. Someone would apply to get the job and rate per hour they would cost for the job. There would be different categories like beginners, intermediate, expert, etc. Each category would have its own rate and reputation system. Beginners would have lower rate and lower reputation. As soon as they earn some reputation, they could move to the intermediate category and continue from there. You could also have living wage rate and above category for workers. <br><br>If you want to learn how to paint, you would apply for a job with a living wage rate. And if someone accepts your application, you would get a chance to learn the skills. Of course, for a project, you would have to provide a proof that you are doing the work yourself. And the person who is paying you could check the progress of the project and get their refund back if they don’t like the result. <br><br>There could be different social projects to help people in need. Like living wage rate for people in need, lower rate for the elderly, etc. There could be tutoring and other educational tools and services where someone could teach you and you would earn reputation to get better jobs. <br><br>The platform would be fully automatic and I already know how to make it happen.
