"By getting married, I am not gonna change. I’ve been an independent woman since my mom passed away in 2002. So I am not gonna change my identity just because I am getting married…,"

— Priya Prakash Varrier

This woman got married to her Hindu bf legally( they had wedding in India and church wedding in dubai).

No one forced her to marry the man but she was against the ' Hindu marriage act'.... she felt she was losing her identity whereas she is still holding her prüvate identity intact after marriage whereas her Hindu husband is losing his rights as a Hindu.

She is free to divorce him anytime in a civil court and even after separation, the husband has no rights over the wife and her assets. Why do these women marry Hindu men just to keep their 'private identity intact'.

All her fans are blissfully unaware.... they feel this Hindu man is just a trophy husband draped in a church wedding and her 'private identity still intact'.

But her Hindu husband will have to sacrifice everything.
