According to the email, Porat will step down from her position on December 31st, 2023. She will be succeeded by Google cloud CFO Thomas Kurian, who will lead both Alphabet's finance and Google Cloud's finance. It has not been announced what position Porat will take on, but she said she will continue in her position as a member of the Alphabet Board of Directors.
