Almost “caught” the neighbour who’s always whistling.

The guy is 50ish (I think). I’ve lived here about 4 years and the amount of time he whistles while walking on his balcony or on the front stairs is abnormal. He always whistles the “do re mi fa so la ti do” (that’s what I call it, was pretty difficult to figure it out tbh) and he’s not the only one in the building but he’s 99% of the time the one whistling which is wierd as there are like 4 floors. <br><br>Almost “caught” him the other day because we met in the street and he was whistling “douuuude we met. hi,douuuude we met. hi” kinda reacts.
