If you have sex with someone that's drunk but not passed out, you're still a rapist

Sort of an add-on to a previous post I made. There was a post in r/AskTeenGirls that really pissed me off. A 15 year old girl was having sex with her 15 year old boyfriend, he wanted her to be on top, she wanted to be on the bottom, he called her a prude, she got upset and went to her friend's house and had a drink, got a little tipsy, came back, and her boyfriend was like "Oh now you wanna be on top? Immediately she started feeling bad and guilty and was wondering if she led him on or was being a bitch or something

A 16 year old guy commented, "If a Female says no to sex she means no, but if a guy says no it means he hasn't been guilt-tripped enough yet. (Just a joke, don't take it seriously)"

And the girl LAUGHED and said "Omg that's so true!!"

They then went on to have a conversation about how they've both had sex with people that were a little tipsy but not passed out, and they totally understood that consent is a MUST and you absolutely need to have that conversation before doing anything and she just basically reinforced the idea that if a woman says no she means no, but if a man says no he just needs to be convinced

I don't care if the guy said no, if he's drunk, high, or otherwise incapacitated, it is not consent. Same thing goes for if the girl is. Hell, same thing goes for if the person is just straight up nervous or unsure, you need to check in with them the ENTIRE time. If they say no, you convince them the two of you should stop, and then you go perform an act of pleasure on yourself to get that little sexy devil out of your head. Because if you don't get enthusiastic, fully-informed consent from everyone involved, you are committing rape.
