CMV: The "influencers" on youtube aren't to blame for the kids who buy their merchandise. It's their parents fault.

I've noticed there's a growing trend of parents blaming "influencers" for the fact their kids buy merchandise from them. These "influencers" are mostly kids themselves who have built a brand and community around their interests. I'm not saying it's wrong for kids to buy merchandise from them, but it's not the "influencer's" fault that the parents can't afford to pay for their kids wants. Parents shouldn't let their kids buy merchandise they can't afford, and if they do, it's because they are financially irresponsible, not because of the influencer.
