Is TTI a ridiculous measure?

For all the things that I use regularly - email, text messages, twitter, instagram, tiktok, google maps, weather apps, loyalty apps, crypto apps, stock broker apps, etc.<br><br>Is the time to information truly changing over time, with these apps? And is it really relevant? I can't think of a single application I use where the time to information has actually changed over time over the years - although the initial time to information was significant when the application was first created.
