I'd love to hear about your personal philosophy, what you use to navigate life?

I'll go first - for me it's the concept of "enjoyable suffering" I try to embrace the hardships I face everyday, get excited for the uncomfortable unknown, and find pride in my ability to handle difficult situations. I'll jump at any chance to step outside my comfort zone, whether it be traveling alone to a new country, sometimes intentionally getting into fights/arguments, or going through 1-2 years of brutal isolation from everyone. Through that, I've learned to enjoy the suffering, find beauty in the darkness, and recognize that most of the best, most rewarding experiences in my life came from the most difficult situations.<br>I know this philosophy may have its flaws, but I think it's definitely helped me become who I am today. I'd love to hear what ideas you guys use to navigate through life.
