I have 10 days and $2500, which European city should I go to and what should I do on the first day?

I live in Budapest, so I will not need to buy a plane ticket for the trip. I have $2500 for the trip and it will last 10 days. I am looking for suggestions about which European city to travel to and what I should do on the first day (If I should go straight to my accommodation to drop my bags off, if I should do some things immediately after arriving in the city).<br><br>I am a 22 yo male and I have no real preferences about what I should do in the city or what kind of attractions I should look for. I am open to any suggestions, but the only thing I would like to avoid are overly touristy things because I would rather see how the city really is instead of visiting the stereotype tourist attractions.<br><br>If it makes a difference, I will be travelling alone.<br><br>What European city should I visit and what should I do on the first day?
