Is China getting the job done?

This is a question for usual China skeptics here.<br><br>China skeptics are usual viewed as anti-Chinese nationalists that want China to go back to the 19th century. They believe and hope that China hasaned done well economically and is taking a hit.<br><br>3rd world nationalists are very patriotic and defensive about China. They are emotionally convinced China is helping the 3rd world.<br><br>Reality is China is mostly selfish and there are a few exceptions. For example, China did send macines to Ukraine to Ukraine to make bullets. China also helped drive prices of solar panels down. <br><br>The other day, China was discussing sending money to South Africa, but was debating whether to send it to the government or wealthy Chinese South Africans to spend it or not. <br><br>So is China doing the job?
