CMV: Donald Trump should be allowed to run again in 2024, even though I think he’s a horrible person

I know Trump is an awful person who has caused a ton of harm and has horrible views, but I don’t think it should be up to politicians or the media to keep him off the ballot.<br><br>He won once, so there’s nothing that makes him any different from previous presidents who have run for reelection.<br><br>He may not have won fairly in 2020, but there’s nothing stopping him from running again, even if some of the media and politicians think he lost.<br><br>The media and politicians are trying to take away his right to run again, and that goes against the very idea of a democracy.<br><br>I believe he should have the same right as any other president to run again.
