The Israeli Government is out of control

It has just come out that the head of the Likud party in the Knesset, Yariv Levin, is trying to pass a variety of laws that all sorts of crazy anti-democratic things. The first new law will allow any politician to remove any judge they want. This allows the politicians to be above the law.<br><br>The second law is to allow people who have gone to prison for a crime to become the Prime Minster.<br><br>The third law is to allow the ruling government parties (Likud, Shas, and HaIsrael Beiteinu) to have a majority in the appointments of Supreme Court judges. This will allow them to appoint judges that are pro-fascist and will let the government do anything they want.<br><br>The fourth law is to expand the number of Supreme Court judges to fifty, and have the ruling parties put up sixty candidates and the government parties pick thirty of them for the Supreme Court. This will allow the government parties to appoint a lot of judges who will let the government do whatever they want.<br><br>The fifth law is to allow the Prime Minster to appoint himself as the Minister of Defense, Minister of Finance, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Minister of Internal Security. This will give the Prime Minster all of the power in the country.<br><br>The sixth law is to allow the ruling parties to take 40% of the budget and give it to their supporters. This is against the law, because the government is not allowed to give money to religious people. This law will allow that and allow the government to give money to whoever they want.<br><br>The seventh law is to require that judges have experience in the army. This will eliminate any judges who do not do their army service, such as a lot of the judges who are from the Haredi religion. This law will make sure that no Haredi people can become judges.<br><br>The eighth law is to eliminate the Independence of the IDF. They want to allow the army to refuse to obey orders if those orders are against God. This is against democracy. The army should obey any order given by the government. This law is to ensure that those orders will be obeyed only if they are in line with the Torah.<br><br>The ninth law is to make all non-Jewish people second class citizens. They want to prohibit all non-Jews from living in towns that have more than 70% of their population Jewish. They want to make it illegal for non-Jews to buy houses in towns that have more than 70% Jewish residents. They want all government work to be done only in towns that have more than 70% Jewish residents. They want any town with less than 70% Jewish residents to be removed from the map.<br><br>The tenth law is to allow the government to remove the citizenship and passport of any resident who says bad things about Israel, the government, the Prime Minster, or the Likud party. This is against democracy. In a democracy, everyone is allowed to speak their opinions. This law will make sure that people will be afraid to speak anything negative about anyone or anything.<br><br>The eleventh law is to require anyone who speaks to the government to be required to say the Jewish oath before they are allowed to speak. This will eliminate the ability of non-Jews to speak to the government, since they will not know the Jewish oath.<br><br>The twelfth law is to allow the government to arrest anyone who speaks out against the government. They want to expand the crimes that can result in arresting someone.<br><br>The thirteenth law is to allow the Prime Minster to do anything he wants without needing a vote in the Knesset. They want to allow the Prime Minster to make any decision he wants without anyone looking over him.<br><br>The fourteenth law is to allow the government to take any land it wants without needing to pay the owners for that land. This will allow the government to just take any land they want and give it to their supporters.<br><br>The fifteenth law is to allow the government to appoint the directors of all of the government companies. They want to allow the government to appoint their supporters as the directors of all of the companies so that they will have jobs for their supporters.<br><br>The sixteenth law is to allow the government to do anything it wants in the West Bank without needing any votes or oversight. They want to allow the government to do anything they want in the West Bank without needing to obey any laws.
