I'm no longer a fan of ChatGPT.

I was so excited about the technology. But now I just hate it. The last straw was when I got charged for an extra month. I no longer liked the service, and I thought I had cancelled it months ago. It turns out I have bought 2 extra months of ChatGPT, because apparently you have to BOTH unsubscribe AND actually cancel the subscription. It is so frustrating to have lost my money to OpenAI's terrible website. But mostly I'm frustrated that I thought that a tech company with so many smart people could actually get things right. It just feels like a waste of all the hard work and money that has been put into making one of the most amazing technologies of our lifetime.
