What if every time you died, you woke up on a random day in your past?

I was just thinking about it, and I came to the conclusion that there would be some ... interesting consequences, especially if your past self didn't know of your future self (or didn't strictly believe in it). I think that it would be especially interesting if you could switch bodies with that past self, but ... well, it's a lot to think about. So, I thought that I'd just reach out to the experts and see what you think. Please let me know if I've accidentally posted this in the wrong place, or if you have any questions. <br><br>&#x200B;<br><br>Edit: Think you can just keep from killing yourself by being happy? Well, it turns out you can't trust yourself for squat. You would have to cross your fingers and hope that you didn't die in a sudden, painless, accident. Hopefully you wouldn't strictly lose any memory on the way back. It also might be possible to just prevent your deaths in an attempt to live for as long as you can. Also, I think you'd know you're in ... trouble if you managed to die on the same day twice.
