How is "America's Got Talent" not a rigged show considering Simon Cowell produces America's Got Talent but also has a permanent record deal waiting for the winner?

EDIT: Wow. Didn't expect this much attention! Simon Cowell is the CEO of SYCO Entertainment which is the parent company to SYCO Records, which is the parent company to SYCO Music. How can you believe any of the results are fair and unbiased when the CEO of the company also has a permanent record deal for the winner? <br><br>EDIT 2: I didn't even think of American Idol as well which is also owned by SYCO Entertainment. With so many people defending this show I'll be honest in saying I lost respect for the show, its judges and Simon Cowell and his business. That being said, I still will watch the show, however this show has been downgraded in terms of entertainment, accuracy and fairness.
