CMV: The Republican Party has been hijacked by a group of white supremacists.

I believe the Republican Party has been hijacked by a group of white supremacists, and that the rest of the party is either complicit, or afraid to speak out against them.<br><br>Their ideas aren't new, they are just repackaged. White replacement theory, the big lie, gerrymandering, voter suppression, the list goes on and on. <br><br>If you look at the Republican platform, they don't really stand for anything anymore, they just want to be in power, and will say whatever they need to in order to achieve that.<br><br>The party has become a vehicle for power, and those in power are willing to do whatever they need to do to hold onto that power, even if it means that our country goes to war with itself.
