Adblocker alike app, but for YouTube ads

Everybody hates YouTube ads, and we know that they give YouTubers money.<br><br>The app I have in mind would be an adblocker but wouldn’t block the ads, just listen to what the ad is saying, and then pause the ad after 5 seconds, then skip it. The reason this can work is because ads on YouTube are audio and video combined, meaning that the video can be paused and audio still keep playing, then while the video is paused, the audio keeps playing, and the app pauses it after 5 seconds, and then skips it. It would block the ad in seconds, and skip the ad, and it could even activate if the user clicks on a video ad, then checks if the video is an ad, and if it is, then pauses the ad, then skips it. The app only works on the YouTube app itself, not on videos on other apps. I have researched this a lot, and I think with enough funding, it is possible, and can be made to work.<br><br>Edit: the app would be free (at least the app itself)
