App to bring your apps to windows from your phone

I want an app, and it’s a simple one. I want an app that does the same thing as OneDrive does for files. For instance, on my phone I have the app for my computer parts manufacturer. It’s much like Amazon but only for parts. I want to click on a button within the app that says “sync with PC” and then it should send a copy of that app to my computer to be installed. If not that then I’d want to open the Windows version of that app and it should take me to the page that I was last on. For example I could be looking at a list of CPUs and I can click a button that says “open in windows” and then on my desktop the website will open where I was on my phone. I’m sure I’d have to set something up with cross platform integration but I think that’d be an incredible feature.
