We need to stop using the term "stink bug".

I didn't see it in the FAQ, but I just learned that the more accurate term for our beloved friends is "seed bug." I had only ever heard of "stink bug" or more specifically "western conifer seed bug" before joining this sub. Apparently, that can be confusing. I was out in the yard last night and my wife told me, "Oh, look, there's a stink bug!" I laughed and told her that "stink bugs" are over in r/stinkbugs. I explained that what we have here are "seed bugs." She made a face. She said she didn't like the name and thought it sounded confusing. I think this is an issue. We need to come up with something better. Call them "house friends" or some such. Call them "heart bombers." Call them "house wolves." Call them "heart stinkers." We just need to come up with something better than "seed bug." It's not catchy. Also, I'm getting a little tired of hearing myself call them "western conifer seed bugs." It's a good name, but it's too long. I agree that they shouldn't be called "stink bugs." Can we come up with something better? Something that sounds cool? Something catchy?
