Do you think it's important to be cool with dying?

This past year I've been having a lot of anxiety about dying. The thought of ending up in a box and buried under dirt forever, or even just the idea that I will not exist anymore is unbearable. One of my friends was telling me that I should be alright with it and I should accept it or else I will have a life of anxiety about it.<br><br>So I was wondering if you think it's important for people to be cool with dying.
