CMV: A 5 hour drive shouldn't be done on a daily basis for a job.

This is an unpopular opinion I'm going to post here. I'm a truck driver and I have been driving for 3 years now. I'm not saying all truckers are bad drivers, but I've noticed that a lot of truckers think that they are better than car drivers. And in my opinion, you are not better than car drivers. <br><br>For example, I see truckers passing cars on the highway with no problem and that's a big no no. I feel like most truckers who think they are better than cars just don't understand that we can't stop on a dime, and if you're in a car you can. That's not to say all truckers are like this, but most of them are. I've noticed that a lot of truckers are speeding on the highway and it's just dangerous. And also, it's not a fun drive. I get bored out of my mind driving a long distance. It's hard to stay awake, it's hard to eat on the go, it's hard to sleep. You have to go to the bathroom at truck stops, or gas stations. You have to stay at hotels. It's not fun, especially for 3-4 days a week.<br><br>My biggest problem with truckers is that most of them are just not considerate drivers. And also, if you drive a truck, it should be on a daily basis, and not something you do 3 or 4 times a week.
