Witches and Allies, We Want to Hear from You

Hello,<br><br>We are a small group of students in the US doing a project on Witchcraft. We’re trying to learn more about witchcraft and figure out ways it can be used for positive change. We are all Allies and want to hear from the witch community.<br><br>Asking for your opinions and thoughts so that we can better understand how to be the best allies we can be. We want to ask questions so we can get a better understanding of the witch community and figure out ways we can best support and amplify your voices. We want to know more about your experiences, and what topics you feel are important to highlight in that regard.<br><br>We want to hear from you and want to know what topics are important to you and what ways we can best support you.<br><br>We know the following topics are important to witches:<br><br>- Climate change <br>- Women’s rights (reproductive rights)<br>- LGBTQIA<br><br>We’re also interested in learning more about your perspectives on these topics. How do you think society should approach these issues, and what are the best ways that we can support your perspectives? <br><br>How do you get involved in politics or protests? How can we better support you and your work in these ways? What are the most important things for society to recognize when it comes to social justice issues? What specific issues are important to you that society hasn’t recognized yet? What topics should we (the general public) be educated on more in order to best support you?<br><br>How do you feel about the portrayal of witchcraft in movies and on social media? What topics do you think are underrepresented in that regard? What should we think about when it comes to these portrayals?<br><br>What do you think about the commercialization of witchcraft? Do you see any negative effects from it in your community? Do you think it has been a positive force for your community?<br><br>Is there anything that we didn’t ask about that you think is important for us to know?
