I want to create a language to use in my world

Hey worldbuilders, I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I'm interested in creating an actual language to use in my world, with all the grammar, syntax, etc. Is there any source or any programs that will help me do that? Is there a way I can create a dictionary online?
