I feel that a lot of the recent backlash against Joe Rogan is a knee-jerk reaction to the fact that he is an outspoken, unapologetic and unashamed right winger, and that a lot of his detractors would be equally critical of any left wing celebrity that held the same views and platform.

He has a platform of over 100 million listeners every month, and that gives him a lot of influence and responsibility.

However, I don’t think that him promoting supplements, CBD oils, and other pseudoscientific health remedies on his show is as dangerous as a lot of his detractors make out. There have been a number of studies into the efficacy of Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine, and a lot of the studies have come out with negative findings, so I understand why he might not have been impressed with them. However, his claims that there were no studies into them is simply not true. There is also plenty of evidence that the vast majority of his listeners do not act on his health recommendations and that they are not any more likely to be skeptical of established science than any other American.

He has a platform and he is entitled to his views, and he is entitled to criticise the media and the scientific establishment, and I don’t think he is doing any harm.

He has a right to be critical of the establishment and the media, and I don’t think that he is doing any harm.

**This is my view, and I’d like people to change my view.**
