What should I do about my landlord?

So, I'm 17 year old, and I live in a rented apartment in Europe. I just moved there recently, and when I get to my new place, there's no furniture or any kitchen equipment. I e-mail him, he e-mails me back saying it was always like that, it's just that the previous tenants were a couple of students and they bought the furniture for their own use and they kept it, but he only gave me a mattress. I thought that was pretty awful of him, but whatever.

So, I call the police, and they tell me they'll send a police officer tomorrow. Tomorrow comes, and he's at my door, but he's the landlord's son! He's clearly drunk and he's talking shit about me, saying that i'm a little stupid girl who doesn't know what she's doing and that "women cry about a lot of things" and "the world doesn't spin around one person". But, I stay calm, I tell him, "I'm not gonna let you sucker me into an argument, I'm gonna call the police", and he says, "They'll believe me", and they do. So, they leave and the landlord tells me that if I don't "calm down" he's gonna send me out on the street. I tell him, "I'm not gonna let you scare me, you're going to put furniture in this apartment, and that's it".

I called the police again and they're on their way here. The landlord is taking the family down the street, so as long as they're not here, I think I have a lot of things to do before they get back. I called state emergency services, and they told me to put him on blast on social media, and I did. I posted a lot on facebook and instagram, but I know they're not gonna see it. I need to make a bigger impact, I need him to be held accountable. I just don't know how, and I don't wanna stay in this apartment anymore.
