Does anyone know how to summon the hag?

I want to summon the hag but I don’t know how to do it. I just heard randomly that if you do it by yourself that she might take your spirit and trap it in the land of dead souls. I don’t know if it’s true or not but I really don’t want to risk it. If anyone can tell me how to summon her then that would be great.
