How do you deal with your doubt and anxiety towards worldbuilding?

I love worldbuilding and enjoy various forms of it from <br>cartography, DnD or Medieval Fantasy writing. But I constantly get discouraged because I think that I was shaped to do things like this. I have anxiety and depression and I’m starting to deal with them with therapy, and the fact that I am 23 almost 24 and I still am expecting to get lucky breaks from my parents and friends. I want to get better worldbuilding because there is no way this is going to perfect or be worthy of getting paid for it. I think doubt creeps into almost every worldbuilder and everyone wants to push themselves to be better but how do you deal with that? I have a lot of ideas and I work every single day on them but I always feel like I am not doing enough and wasting my best years.
