How do you cope with this kind of trauma?

I've been browsing and reading Chambers here and there. We're in a post-Roe despotic landscape. I've started to internalize that. I'm a woman, and I'm pregnant. Sixteen weeks now. But I've been having so many doubts here lately. I'm afraid to do anything in case it'll harm the baby. I can't even take a damn shower now. Sixteen weeks feels like an eternity now to not have an abortion, but I'm becoming too afraid to have one. Abortion pills are not even safe to begin with. I can't access Plan C because it's prescription to not make it seem like I'm trying to abort.
