CMV: The lack of new video entertainment due to COVID is a good thing

I think the lack of new video entertainment due to COVID is a good thing. Every day new content is pumped out and encouraged to be consumed at an alarming rate. Does anyone ever really have time to completely finish anything they've started watching? Does anyone have time to go back and watch something they truly enjoyed? From an environmental standpoint I think this is also great, I don't think the constant demand to continually produce new seasons of TV and movies is sustainable. I think this may also promote more reading and other hobbies. I don't have a problem with people going back and watching old movies, but with the recent lack of production of new content I think we will all be better off because of it. <br><br>Edit: I am talking about scripted content not live productions, talk shows or reality TV.
