CMV: the current state of politics in America is not going to end anytime soon, because the Republican party is well positioned to win elections going forward

The Democratic party is still reeling from the 2020 election, with many in the party still trying to come to grips with what happened, and many of the Democratic leaders that supported Biden still in influential positions. Meanwhile, the Republican party has learned how to better play the media, and has found a way to leverage social media to their advantage.<br><br>There are currently several investigations going on around the Biden administration that have the potential to damage his reputation going forward. The Republican party is also well positioned in the 2024 elections, with many young, up-and-coming candidates that have a strong media presence and have already built a large following of supporters. <br><br>Additionally, many states have passed legislation to limit mail in voting and other tactics that the Democratic party has found to be effective in elections. There is also a large amount of conservative judges on the bench, who will be ruling on any lawsuits that come up around voting laws, and the Supreme Court is likely to be a Republican stronghold going forward.<br><br>Many Democrats are hoping that President Biden will be able to regain momentum and popularity in the next two years, and that they will be able to win the next presidential election. However, I don't think that's going to happen, and I think that the current state of politics is here to stay.
