How much money would you need, and how often, to be motivated to reach AGI as quickly as possible?

Assume 1 other person is working with you, and you are working on different areas of the project to speed things up. You are already doing this for free as you have no doubt as to how high value AGI will be, even if it’s just to advance medicine. So the money is just for spending in your free time. (current career experience; dual master’s degrees engineering and computer science, a full stack developer at a large tech company, 8 years working as a software engineer, about 10+ years coding)
