The biggest excuse I hear is "it's a free service"

Which isn't true. There's no real "free service" if it's spending money on servers and people from the commercial accounts to keep it running. Even if that's not the case, one of the biggest excuses I hear is that it's free so it's perfectly fine that people are forced into a paid plan to have what we've had for free for almost 2 years now. Like come on, do you want to pay for the bare minimum that we've had up until now? That's pretty much what you are doing when you're saying that.
