I just saw a very suspicious van

I was in a restaurant about an hour ago when I noticed a van pull up and park in a diagonal parking space. The van had white letters across the side saying “Social Media Management”. It had tinted windows and the only visible part through the windshield was the roof of the cabin. I saw the van pull up, but no one got out. After 10 minutes, the driver side window cracked ever so slightly and a well-groomed-looking arm popped out holding a cell phone taking pictures of the surroundings. It honestly reminded me of the scene in the movie Eagle Eye where the van has tinted windows and the camera drops out of an opening to take pictures of Shia LaBeouf’s character. Anyways, I thought this was extremely strange and something right out of a conspiracy theory movie so I thought I’d post it here.
