I stole a bunch of cigarettes for my dad so he could have a supply for when they told him it was time to go.

My dad was in so much pain. The chemo wasn’t working but they kept giving it to him because my brother couldn’t accept that he was gonna die soon. My brother insisted that they keep him on chemo. The doctors told us to buy him cigarettes because he kept asking for them. He was a smoker for decades and even though he was suffering through brain and bladder cancer, he kept wanting to have a smoke. <br><br>So I stole a bunch of packs of cigarettes and rolled them all up and put them in bag for him so he’d have a stash to smoke as much as he could in his last days. I don’t think it’s wrong to steal for that reason but it’s wrong and I’m a bitch.<br><br>Edit: He was allowed to smoke but you can’t do it in the hospital so that’s why I hid them so no one could get in trouble
