What's the proper way to prepare Kratom?

I have 10 grams of Kratom from the Vet clinic I work at. It's powder. I didn't want to spend money on Kratom and I'm too stupid to know how to take it so I used the pill maker that our practice owned to make Kratom pills. I made them 2 grams each.<br><br>I've taken two of them so far (4 grams) and nothing has happened. The sleep supplements and melatonin I've taken haven't done anything either so I'm pretty sure I can blame it on the Kratom for helping me not sleep. I don't feel anything. Should I take more? How much more?
