I knowingly gave away my used underwear to a guy who liked it.

I (24F) was buying school supplies and he was behind me in line. He gave me a piece of paper with his phone number and told me to text him if I was interested in making money. I thought he meant he’d pay for sex so I rejected it. He came up to me multiple times at school with repeated offers until I finally asked what the hell he wanted me to do. He told me he wanted to buy my used underwear. I was surprised but also wasn’t in the best financial situation so I agreed. <br><br>For almost a year I gave him a new pair of my used underwear every week. I stopped once I found a better paying job but he offered me double the money so I continued. Eventually it felt too weird and I didn’t want to continue it anymore. I stopped answering his calls/texts but he’d leave notes on my car. One day he even brought my underwear to my work and threw it at me in front of my boss. I called the police on him and they told him to leave me alone but they couldn’t do anything else. Surprisingly he obeyed. The cops told me it was illegal to sell my underwear but I don’t think they reported me. I don’t think I’d have told them if I knew I was breaking the law. It was so strange until it just felt normal. I’ve never told anyone before so here I am.
