Why is it so hard to get a job in this country?

I'm a 14 y.o. drop out living with a relative due to mom getting in a car crash (She's doing fine). I have to get a job to get an emancipation (As if it's Gona work). I have no degree and no references. I feel like I should just leave the country for good in the future. I have my eyes on the U.K.
