If you think a revolution is near, you are wrong.

The people on this chamber really remind me of those “Christian” right wingers who think Jesus is going to come back in the next 5 years. Only they replace Jesus with a “revolution” and believe the angels are going to put all the bad people in prison. Also you have to completely abandon liberal democracy and capitalism if you want to be saved. It’s not about changing the system, but completely destroying it and building a new one. It’s not about fighting for gay rights, women’s rights, worker’s rights, environmental protections, etc, but about creating a world where such a fight would no longer be necessary, but somehow the good parts of society remain. It’s about creating a utopia, where everyone is equal, and there is no oppression. It doesn’t matter if you don’t think it’s utopian, the communists know better than you what’s good for you, and it’s immoral to oppose them, because that is opposing a utopia.<br><br>If you think a revolution is near, you are wrong. Communism has failed everywhere it’s been implemented. It does not work, it has never worked, and it will never work. The idea of an economic system that works without greed is based in fantasy, and the results the communists get are proof of this. There is no economic system without greed. And a greedy system cannot provide for everyone. But there is a system that works for everyone: a capitalist system. Not a system where the 5 richest people in a country have more wealth than the 165 million poorest, but a system where everyone has the chances to succeed, and has enough to eat, and a place to sleep. That is what we need to fight for. Not a revolution, but better capitalism. Better regulations on businesses, higher minimum wage, cheaper housing, easier access to healthcare, etc. We need more social welfare programs. We do not need to create a new society, we need to fix our own.<br><br>Communism will not work. It will not happen. It will never happen. It is not what the American people want, or what people all over the world want, it is what a vocal minority of angry people on the internet want. Communism will fail in the same way Christianity will fail. Jesus will never come back to Earth, and a communist revolution will never succeed.<br><br>Communism is a pipe dream, but capitalism is reality. Communism is an idealistic fantasy, capitalism is the world we live in. So stop fighting for communism, and start fighting for a better world. Fight for better capitalism. Fight for a better world. Fight for a world where everyone can succeed. Fight for a world where no one is left behind.
